Brethren; I want to begin this letter by thanking everyone for their help. It is hard to believe that June is already here and my year as Master of the Lodge is half over. We had our Lodge family picnic on Saturday June 5th, at Brother Brindles home, everyone had a good time and had plenty to eat. The rest of the year promises to be very busy for our Lodge. |
Beginning on June 25th and continuing till July 5th we will be helping to sell fireworks in Chambersburg, beside Rita’s Ice, at the Bravo Fireworks tent. This is a fund raiser for our Lodge and the District. If you have not signed up to help yet please do, we still need more help.
On August 4th from 5:00PM till 8:00PM we will be having an open house in co-operation with Old Home Week.
On September 18th we will be having our 3rd family night get together at the Antrim House Restaurant.
Beginning with the October Stated meeting we will again have supper before lodge starting at 6:30PM. Everyone enjoys being able to come to Lodge a little early and spending time having fellowship and supper together.
In ending my letter I want to again thank everyone who has helped me this year, and invite all the brothers who have not been to lodge in a while to stop by and visit with us. Remember, Freemasonry is what you make it.
